Scientific Research and Development (SRD)

The Scientific Research and Development (SRD) department is the cornerstone of our organization, tasked with conducting comprehensive scientific research and fostering innovative development. The SRD team is dedicated to studying various soil types and analyzing their responses to detection systems, considering all relevant characteristics and how to effectively engage with them. The Engineering Design department is one of the most vital components of AJAX, comprising two specialized divisions: the Electronic Engineering Design Department and the Mechanical Engineering Design Department.

The Electronic Engineering Design team utilizes the most advanced engineering design software available to create all electronic panels, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in our detection devices. In parallel, the Mechanical Engineering Design Department focuses on the aesthetics and ergonomics of our devices. They design exteriors that cater to the needs of prospectors and treasure hunters worldwide, prioritizing smooth shapes that enhance usability, portability, and ease of movement.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)

The QA/QC department comprises a team of skilled engineers, technicians, and experienced treasure hunters and prospectors, all of whom bring a wealth of expertise to the evaluation of our devices. Each unit undergoes rigorous individual inspection and auditing to ensure the highest quality standards.

The evaluation process involves several critical stages. Initially, electronic and programming engineers thoroughly examine the device to verify the functionality and effectiveness of all its features, ensuring that the software operates without issues. Following this, the device is passed to our team of treasure hunters and prospectors, who conduct practical field tests. These real-world assessments are essential for confirming the efficiency of the device's systems and the accuracy of its results.

AJAX has assembled a team of top-tier electronic and programming engineers from around the globe to address all electronic and programming needs, including the development of electronic panels and programming. This expertise ensures the creation of user-friendly programs that enable customers to interact with AJAX products with complete ease, high efficiency, and guaranteed accurate results.

Design and Advertising Production

Our sophisticated team possesses extensive expertise in designing all promotional materials, including educational and promotional videos. We also have a professional photography team and a dedicated design group responsible for creating images, brochures, and catalogs to support the marketing and sales efforts of AJAX distributors and partners.

Technical Production

A skilled group of technicians, each specializing in different fields, works diligently under the supervision of our engineering and Scientific Research and Development departments. They ensure that all technical operations are executed with precision, resulting in devices that are fully assembled and ready for inspection and testing by our Quality Control department.

AJAX relies on a specialized sales team alongside a dedicated technical support team to address any customer issues that may arise. Our customer service operates from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
