A. Extent of limited warranty
1. AJAX DETECTION warrants to the end-user customer that the AJAX DETECTION product specified above will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration specified above, which duration begins on the date of purchase by the customer.
2. For software products, AJAX DETECTION’s limited warranty applies only to a failure to execute programming instructions. AJAX DETECTION does not warrant that the operation of any product will be interrupted or error free.
3. AJAX DETECTION’s limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of:
a. Improper maintenance or modification;
b. Software, media, parts, or supplies not provided or supported by AJAX DETECTION;
c. Operation outside the product’s specifications;
d. Unauthorized modification or misuse.
4. For AJAX DETECTION products, the use of a non-AJAX DETECTION accessories does not affect either the warranty to the customer or any AJAX DETECTION support contract with the customer, However, if product failure or damage is attributable to the use of a non-AJAX DETECTION accessory, AJAX DETECTION will charge its standard time and materials charges to service the product for the particular failure or damage.
5. If AJAX DETECTION receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any product which is covered by AJAX DETECTION’s warranty, AJAX DETECTION shall either repair or replace the product, at AJAX DETECTION’s option.
6. AJAX DETECTION shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the customer returns the defective product to AJAX DETECTION.
7. Any replacement product may be either new or like-new, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced.
8. AJAX DETECTION’s Limited Warranty Statement is valid in any country where the covered AJAX DETECTION product is distributed by AJAX DETECTION. Contracts for additional warranty services, such as in-site service, may be available from any authorized AJAX DETECTION service facility in countries where the product is distributed by AJAX DETECTION or by an authorized importer.
B. Limitations of warranty
NEITHER AJAX DETECTION NOR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS MAKES ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
C. Limitations of liability
1. The remedies provided in this Warranty Statement are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies.
2. EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL AJAX DETECTION OR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Delivery Policy
Order tracking
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours (subject to verification). Please note weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM will be processed on the following Monday.
Damaged in delivery: If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please don’t return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order
Products will normally arrive within 3-8 business days after the order is received and processed. Orders are shipped via DHL
Delivery Requirements:
A signature is required for most shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from DHL. If you require additional help to receive your package, please contact us.
Order Verification
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process it. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you’re the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are valid. If your order requires verification, you will be notified by email within one business day.
DISCLAIMER: Import taxes on the product depend on the laws and regulations of each country and are the responsibility of the buyer. AJAX is not responsible for these costs, nor to calculate them.
If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange and upgrade policy
All Ajax clients have the right to upgrade their products to an upper models. In case your product was not suitable for your requirements or you need to upgrade to a better model you will be able to upgrade with the following conditions:
- You are only allowed to upgrade to an upper model
- You will be requested to pay a 70% of the new required model’s price
- If you purchased the owned product with any discount, then you will be requested to pay the discount value in addition to the new model’s 60% value.
- The owned model shouldn’t be used for more than 3 hours
- Returning shipment cost for the owned model will be charge to the customer.
- Shipping of the new model will be free from AJAX.
- The owned model must be returned in its new status, if any broken or scratched parts will be returned then AJAX will recalculate the upgrade value.
- Exchange and upgrade must be done through AJAX sales team only, exchange through any of AJAX distributors can not be completed
Return Policy
In case return is needed, the following conditions must be available:
- The customer will pay for returning shipment without adding any commercial value to the shipment/s so no customs fees will be applied.
- In case customs fees are applied during return process, then customs fees will be cut from the amount paid.
- AJAX has the right to charge the client an amount of $500 USD “FIVE HUNDRED AMERICAN DOLLARS” the cost of the shipment sent to the client.
- The product must be in it’s new case, not opened and packed as brand new.
- Return must be done during maximum 5 days, return is not accepted at all if it exceeds this period.
